There are big savings to be had by using etextbooks. This fact hasn't been overlooked by public schools.The ebook textbook initiative was announce in June by California's Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
This initiative will put into practice ebook textbooks for mathematics and science at a Southern California High School and then it will stage out to other campuses, grade levels, and courses.
The switch to digital should save public schools millions of dollars per year. Soon other States will want to save in educational costs as well.
This will not only save money but will make updates easier and provide the participants with more current information.This fall is the beginning of a new era in ebook text. Soon they will be an everyday thing on campuses across the land.
